We use Royal Mail's First Class service for UK delivery with proof of postage.

Each package has a QR code on the front which is scanned on delivery.

Delivery starts at £1.95 with a maximum charge of £7.95.

The total charge will be shown in your basket before your order is complete. 

Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order.

We expect your items to arrive (UK only) within 1-3 working days after dispatch although

delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Orders may be dispatched on weekends

or bank holidays but this does not count as a working day. As soon as your order is 

dispatched you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered 

during the order process. If you do not receive an update within 5 days of purchase, 

please contact us.

Large packages may not fit through your letterbox and will require someone to 

take them in. If you are not home, they will be taken to your local sorting office for

collection. If your item is returned to us, we can resend it for you but additional 

postage charges will apply.

 PLEASE NOTE: Electric Bride is a UK based company and all prices are in GBP.

You will be charged on your order in GBP and a conversion made based on the current

exchange rate of your bank. Exchange rates can fluctuate on a daily basis and most

banks will usually match the going exchange rate closely. You can get an idea of the amount

to expect by using an internet converter such as Google.


We offer worldwide international delivery. 

Shipping starts at £4.50 to international destinations. This increases based on the amount purchased.

Please make sure you are familiar with our returns policy for information

on sending items back to Electric Bride.

 Most of our orders will be dispatched within 

2 working days of purchase. We expect your items to arrive within 5-7 business days (Europe)

and 5-10 business days (Rest of the world). Please note customs can delay this

timeframe and we have no control over the length of time packages are held here.

If your parcel is large, someone may need to be at home to receive it. 

If there is no one in it may be returned to us. We can resend 

it but additional postage charges will apply.


All orders are dispatched from the UK. Any import duties and taxes are levied once the parcel

has reached its destination country. These additional charges must be paid for by the recipient

of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot give any 

indication as to what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country and in some

cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. If you have any questions

related to customs charges, we would advise you to contact your local customs office.


 It is a legal requirement to declare all items at their full and correct price. This cannot be

 altered to decrease international custom fees.


On arrival in the destination country, if you refuse your shipment from Electric Bride,

you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, any custom fees

that are incurred on the parcel and the cost of returning the package to Electric Bride.

We will simply deduct this amount from your refund. Should the return fee exceed

the amount of your item(s) plus shipping, you will not receive a refund and the parcel

will be abandoned.


PLEASE NOTE: In placing an order with Electric Bride, you are accepting

responsibility for original shipping charges, any applicable customs charges and the cost

of returning your item (should you choose to do so) to Electric Bride. 

This will still apply should you decide to refuse the parcel at delivery.
