If for any reason you would like to return any item(s) you have purchased,

we are happy to accept returns for a refund or exchange.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Electric Bride for a full refund. This does not apply to all orders as some items are not eligible for refund. These include (but are not limited to) custom made to order items, items with personalisation, limited edition items and those exempt for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty. Order cancellations must be made in writing and contain your name, address and order number within 14 days of receipt. You can do this online below. Once you have registered your return the item(s) must then be sent back by post within 28 days of the delivery of your item.

All returned items must be sent to the correct address, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original tags will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Personalised items will not be accepted for exchange/refund unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake. Please check any personalised information you give us carefully and be sure to view the SIZE GUIDE before you place your order. Items which are available for a limited period of time or are made to order will be highlighed in the description as these are custom made to order and not eligible for exchange/refund

Please repack your item in its original packaging (or package well if original packaging cannot be use) and be sure to have submitted your return request below. We require your information to help us process your refund/exchange quickly and efficiently. 

In order to keep our pricing as low as possible, returns will only be eligible for a refund.

The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please retain proof of postage (which you can obtain free of charge from the Post Office) incase there are any issues. Lost parcels will not be refunded but you can claim back any loss from the postage service used with proof of postage.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights. 

PLEASE NOTE: We use a variety of techniques to print our tees. Please remember to wash and dry your items careful to ensure they last well. We recommend washing on no higher than 40 degrees. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry.
